Through the support of AgriBiz, the Utake Coffee company wishes to change Kenyans attitude towards coffee and make it accessible to all. The AgriBiz programme aims to promote the sustainable growth of the agricultural sector by “Enhancing the Role of Kenyan Women and Youth in Agribusiness” .
Slide Mrs Dorothy Igoki draws water at a new rainwater harvesting structure that can retain water through several seasons. The establishment of these structures is part of the Government’s Ending Drought Emergencies strategy and is supported by the European Union. Slide The Agriculture Sector Development Support Programme aims at tackling the challenges that agricultural value chains face, by providing support to counties. For example, the provision of plant doctors in Nyandarua County will enhance productivity, market access and profitability of the sweet potato value chain. Slide The Programme for Legal Empowerment and Aid Delivery in Kenya (PLEAD) seeks to improve the delivery of justice services for all and the use of alternatives to imprisonment.
