Slide The E4Impact Accelerator has risen to become one of the major enablers in the Nairobi entrepreneurial ecosystem, building and enhancing the capacity of MSMEs to grow and become more competitive in the market. Since its inception in 2018, the Accelerator has supported a total of 40 enterprises. Slide The Kenya – Italy Debt for Development Programme (KIDDP), has supported interventions to increase the access to safe drinking water with 55 projects located in the arid and semi-arid areas of the country, reaching in total an estimated population of 450,000 people. It has also supported the renovation and building of new vocational training centres in nine counties to improve social and economic conditions for rural youth, in particular through the provision of scholarships. Slide Pastoral communities in the Kerio Valley can enjoy increased resilience in the face of climate change thanks to a new irrigation scheme providing arable land to 265 local households.
